Welcome to Serendipity House, located in Frankfort, MI. The home was built in the 1890’s and has a big front porch and backyard with a fire pit, picnic tables and grill. We offer five charming suites just steps from the beach and downtown. Three of our suites on the first floor are adjoining and work especially well for family reunions or wedding parties. Each of the five suites has a private entrance, as well as a kitchen and bath. The Betsie, Manitou, Nannybird and Lakeview sleep four guests; the Sandune accommodates up to seven guests. Our rates vary, depending on the season. We're close to Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore, vineyards and just a block away from Lake Michigan’s sandy beach. Frankfort has a reputation as having some of the best fishing in the state, and there are hundreds of miles of hiking and bike trails, as well as the majesty of the coast and miles of Lake Michigan beach. Stormcloud Brewing Company opened in June 2013 just two blocks from Lake Michigan in the lakeside town of Frankfort, Michigan.
Stormcloud specializes in brewing Belgian Inspired ales, including the traditional Dubbel, Tripel and Strong Ales, along with classic beer styles such as Blondes, Pale Ales, IPAs, Porters, and Stouts.
In 2018 Stormcloud expanded its brewing operations with the opening of a 12,000-square-foot production brewery and public tasting room in Frankfort.
