The Beachcomber (click on Beachcomber VRBO link here) (Main House) has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps 10-11. Deluxe Master Suite has a King bed, a Full-size sleeper couch, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower with 8 luxurious showerheads, and whirlpool tub, and an 8 x 10 walk-in closet (large enough for a pack n' play! ), and a private balcony! The second bedroom has a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The "Bunk Room" has 1 Twin XL bunk bed and 1 Twin XL over a Queen futon bed with access to a shared bathroom and shower.

 Large updated gourmet kitchen with double ovens, granite countertops and spacious side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. Microwave, 4 slice toaster, 6-quart crockpot, new cookware, bakeware and cutlery set. The garage also has a kitchen and bathroom, for group gatherings!

 The Birdhouse (click on Birdhouse VRBO link here) (Guest Suite above the garage) has 1 bedroom (King bed ) and a spiral staircase leading up to a large sleeping loft (3 double beds). Full kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. Very flexible ... works great for a couple or a small family! 

Equipped with Refrigerator, electric stove, Microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, cable TV &  wireless internet, TV/DVD/CD player, Board games and cards. Small private porch with 2 chairs/table. Shared use of a large entertainment patio, and gas grill.

Situated on a maple-lined street, Blessings is less than 30 seconds from Lake Michigan's beautiful sandy beach, which offers swimming, swings, almost endless walks on the beach, cliffs and dunes, a handicap accessible boardwalk, a fisherman's pier, a lighthouse and breath-taking sunsets. A couple of blocks the other direction and you are in town with restaurants, shops, biking, scooters, ice cream, coffee shops, a bakery, parks, antiques, and a movie theater.

Beach House:

Located at 110 Forest Avenue in Frankfort, Michigan, the beach house is a 2-story home with a large wrap-around porch. It features a sun room, large dining table, living room with a gas fireplace, spacious fully-stocked kitchen, and 5 bedrooms. offers room for 9 people to sleep. The home has 2 separate upstairs. The main floor has a large (king) bedroom with its own bathroom ensuite. The front upstairs has a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a shared bathroom. The back upstairs has a large room with a king bed and a sleeping loft with a twin bed. These bedrooms use a main floor bathroom.

The Wee House:

Located at 111 Anchor Place in Frankfort, Michigan, the wee house is a small carriage house directly behind the beach house. It features a bedroom with a queen bed, small bathroom, living room, dining nook, and full kitchen. It has a private back yard with dining table, perennial garden, gas grill, and gas fire table.

The three large Upper Bluff homes offer Spectacular Lake Michigan views and sunsets from nearly every room, wrap around decks and dune fire pits. Fully furnished, all you have to bring is your personal belonging, beach towels and beach chairs.  Just 3 blocks from Frankfort public beach and pier.  Storm Cloud Brewery is less than 1 block away.

Welcome to Serendipity House, located in Frankfort, MI. The home was built in the 1890’s and has a big front porch and backyard with a fire pit, picnic tables and grill. We offer five charming suites just steps from the beach and downtown. Three of our suites on the first floor are adjoining and work especially well for family reunions or wedding parties. Each of the five suites has a private entrance, as well as a kitchen and bath. The Betsie, Manitou, Nannybird and Lakeview sleep four guests; the Sandune accommodates up to seven guests. Our rates vary, depending on the season. We're close to Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore, vineyards and just a block away from Lake Michigan’s sandy beach.
